Pros
For the area, the pay is decent. The "Dupont Schedule" has it's own pros and cons. Some of the working crew are helpful.
Cons
Forced overtime due to it being a 24 hour operating plant. Absolutely terrible work/life balance. The management is a lot of corporate bull. You can be laid off at the drop of a hat if the market swings.
