Pros

Great company in the beginning. Benefits good, some great employees.

Cons

Promote people without skills as long as they sick up. Lay-off talented employees to keep those "in good ol boys club." Initially good company to bee a part of, but after a couple years they don't appreciate employee contributions, talent or dedication.

For the area, the pay is decent. The "Dupont Schedule" has it's own pros and cons. Some of the working crew are helpful.

Cons

Forced overtime due to it being a 24 hour operating plant. Absolutely terrible work/life balance. The management is a lot of corporate bull. You can be laid off at the drop of a hat if the market swings.
