      Pros

      Not much aside from the competitive pay model they use to entice new talent to leave their established companies

      Cons

      Wow. The two children brothers in charge, CEO and COO, genuinely have not a clue what they’re doing. Aside from pulling the blinders over their employee base and gaslighting their user base. They are the perfect example of why employees should value their current companies and not bolt for “the next best thing”. Terrible executive leadership. Maybe use some foresight before laying off half you company via a 1 1/2 minute zoom call. Total jokers pretending as genuine business people.

      The other engineers were the highest quality group of engineers I've ever had the privilege to work with.

      Unfortunately NFT market dried up and the product dissolved.
