The schedule is great, you get some real experience, if you are looking to travel all over the world. Pilots and medical are good people for must part
Cons
Management play favoritism, if you are a snitch you will move up and skipp pleople. Which is terrible for the moral of the crews , distapatch is terrible, they have no clue what they are doing, so you really need to watch your back and pay very close attention to your paperwork. The airplanes are old dirty and brake all the time.
