Pros

I started at this company back in November of 2023 - and to say it has changed my life would be an understatement. I came from being a waiter at a restaurant, almost zero logistics experience, and this company welcomed me with open arms. Taught me everything I know that has made me into a success today. I've done just about every job available here & have been able to move up into the position I am currently - Sr. Account Manager. The leadership is undeniably the most competent and fair group of people I have had the pleasure working for. This is the last company I work for. I am currently 26 years old, I have retired my wife, started a family, and found my people. If you are looking for something life changing & the best work culture environment you have ever worked in - Look no further.

Cons

Unbiasedly - None. This company promotes success.

Pros

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From day one, everyone has been kind, helpful, and genuinely supportive. There’s a real sense of community here — no egos, no drama, just a team of people who care and want to see each other succeed. The company culture is positive and inclusive. You feel appreciated, your voice matters, and there’s room to grow. If you’re looking for a workplace that values people and not just productivity, this is it. 10/10, would recommend

Pros

Some coworkers were supportive but everyones mainly out for themselves.

Cons

The CEO is a terrible leader who consistently lies to employees, telling them what they want to hear with no intention of following through. Offices across the U.S. have been suddenly closed, with employees being fired left and right. Carriers are not being paid and our phones are blowing up everyday with carriers begging for payment. Every week brings a new “strategy” that is quickly abandoned, creating constant instability. There is no clear direction, no transparency, and no accountability from leadership. Morale is extremely low, with high turnover at every level. Career development, training, and employee growth are completely ignored. Benefits are subpar compared to industry standards, no 401k match, and workloads are unreasonable because they keep cutting staff without any planning.
