Pros
Friendly culture, opportunities to learn, improve and progress. There is a concerted effort to support staff members aspirations through certified training courses. As an expat working abroad, they place an emphasis on diversity of staff. I felt welcomed and supported. Managment are approachable and available for advice.
Cons
As it’s such a massive company with several business groups, sometimes the amount of information you have to consume can be overwhelming. On that front it takes a little time before can take it all in.
