Pros

Generally sensible work hours and fair pay. Some nice co-oworkers. Medical benefits for long-term employees. Often had plenty of free time because of lack of focus on projects (if you're into that). Project organization is not bad.

Cons

Where do I begin? While nobody beat me and I was generally told I was appreciated, I was never really allowed to make any decisions on my own without upper management's distinct approval, which often bottle-necked the process. Upper management frequently took credit for other employees ideas. Corporate management wants to run a widget factory where everything happens in a linear fashion and can be quantified instead of a studio where true creativity can flourish. There is very little trust between corporate management, upper management, and lower management/ artists which creates an "us vs. them" environment. There is very little opportunity or encouragement for people on different shows or different departments to co-mingle or bond which adds to the divisiveness. Management shows no transparency so employees are often left in the dark as to what projects might happen or in what the state of the company is. Instead of talking to artists if they have an issue, management will just not assign them any work until they become frustrated and quit. There is little or no room for advancement and raises are infrequent.
