Pros
This is a company where your ability to deliver is valued above everything else. I was working in PHP domain. Products are not launched very often but the existing products are actually top class coding. Their infrastructure is solid. Learn exceptional optimiztion tech here. I have seen response times of less than 200ms on products that are doing a huge number hits a day. Feel proud to have "broken my bones" here. Products are global quality and established in market. It was good to see my work actually being used by customers and receiving direct response. Starting salary maybe low but after 1 year industry standard salary can be expectd.
Cons
Definitely not for freshers who need helping hand. When I joined i faced tough time as others just pointed me to websites for help. If you are self starter then for sure you will enjoy this environment.
