Lack of team integration creates "tribalized" departments. Site leadership has history of terminating for personal difference when faced with professional opposition. Inability to full fill promises to employees relating to skill enhancement and training improvement. Inordinate focus on slices of the budget rather than improving and engineering sustainable operations. Full of "boss" mentality, incredible deficit of "leader" mentality.
