Pros

Salary paid on time apart from which there are no pros

Cons

The organisation is held back because of the sociopathic control freak who treats and speaks to staff of all levels like dirt. It is a working environment that is toxic to good mental health and is definitely restricted by way of growth potential by the guy who likes to be addressed as TF. It wouldn't surprise me if there was a camera by the toilet door to see how long staff spend on the loo. This i]s just the tip of the iceberg!

Pros

Everyone in the design department made working there bearable, great sense of teamwork. My direct team was absolutely the best and was truly the main reason I stuck it out as long as I did. Also they had office hours being 7am-7pm to allow people to come and go as needed for things like doctor's appointments which was helpful in some cases.

Cons

Absolutely no work/life balance possible (you will be looked down upon if you choose to stick to an 8 hour work day), work from home days are nearly impossible to get unless you're upper management or a favorite sales member, pay is atrocious for the amount of work and hours you put into the company and if you try to voice your struggles in an attempt for help you are ridiculed by upper management for not being able to suck it up and work harder. Sales is allowed to run rampant and make unrealistic expectations that allow for the insane work hours on the design side, and the entire structure of the company is changed every 6 months because upper management thinks that's where the issues lie rather than the actual concerns the employees voice.
