      - Processes are incrementally improving offering opportunities to learn & do better - A lot of people in the company truly care about the business, customers & product ROI Hunter is developing - Healthy business foundations - Rational benefits & no unjustified hype

      Cons

      - Work at ROI Hunter is not the easiest and requires firm dedication - Improving processes may not be for people that have difficulties adapting to change - If you don't care about retail and/or martech, it will be difficult for you to find the reason to stay long-term

      Pros

      Even though they scrambled a little for the past years with poor planning, it's a very good place to work. Everyone is committed to do their best and their product team is very good.

      Cons

      The teams across regions can feel a little disjointed, kind of on their own "islands".
