      The people used to be.. but more and more people are leaving.

      Office politics, overworking staff, moving too much towards outsourcing, focus on metrics over value, toxic partners. 75% of June layoffs were visible minorities.

      great people, tons of opportunities for you to learn and get your hands on real projects. overall fantastic experience

      sometimes you dont have a ton to do, but if you are very proactive in asking for work this shouldnt be much of an issue.
