The people used to be.. but more and more people are leaving.

Cons

Office politics, overworking staff, moving too much towards outsourcing, focus on metrics over value, toxic partners. 75% of June layoffs were visible minorities.

Good medical benefits, good office location

Cons

Most of the partners are profit driven only, they care nothing about employees. No appreciation at all. Top level power is the worst. No development and growth.

Cons

Losing culture. Very procedural, driven by US firms culture and way of operating. Target client and hence strategy is off.
