      Pros

      good work/life balance. Regular fun offsite activities. Active in charity and philanthropy.

      Cons

      Not consistent with feedback about job performance. Very cliquey. Some employees get more "rope" than others. No clear career path. Bonuses are uncapped, but are in fact limited by the nature of the job.

      Ability to work from home. Opportunity to take ownership of your accounts. Small company with an owner who is present. Family-first atmosphere. The ability to provide ideas/feedback to management and be heard.
