      Huge Let Down......

      Pros

      It was close to home, the hours were good and casual dress code.

      Cons

      Management says there are no conflicts or gossiping there and it's not allowed wrong lots of clicks & knives in backs. Hard to fit in unless you are a "Yes person"

      That's unfortunate that you feel that way as we actually we encourage employees to challenge status quo. That's why we have been so successful (growing at double digits for our first 10 years). The jobs here at RSW/US are no walk in the park and they are unique, so we can pretty quickly tell if someone is going to cut it or not. We are a pretty forgiving company. It's the way I was brought up - that Catholic forgiving thing - but at some point, you have to say "enough is enough"!

      Good opportunity at a growing company

      Unique business/sales model, opportunity to get creative in the sales process, company in growth mode, good benefits, good base/bonus plan, ownership consistently looks to improve technology/operations/process, laid-back atmosphere, ownership typically looks internally to promote, work/life balance truly is fantastic, it's not just lip-service

      Cons

      Small company (only a con if you prefer larger companies) so you will sometimes wear multiple hats, is a blend of sales and account management (so again, only a con if you're looking for a pure sales job), that's about it-I've been here 8+ years, I'm a believer

      Pros

      good work/life balance. Regular fun offsite activities. Active in charity and philanthropy.

      Cons

      Not consistent with feedback about job performance. Very cliquey. Some employees get more "rope" than others. No clear career path. Bonuses are uncapped, but are in fact limited by the nature of the job.
