Pros

Very friendly, supportive, and collaborative culture, people genuinely want to help each other. The organisation is growing and there’s a real sense of momentum. Strong focus on investing in people, with good opportunities for training, development, and learning new skills. Leadership is approachable, open, and willing to listen to ideas. You’re trusted with autonomy and given space to take ownership of your work. Clear effort to modernise and move things forward both technically and in terms of business processes. Good work life balance overall and a flexible, people‑centred approach. You feel part of something meaningful, with decisions typically rooted in integrity and doing things the right way.

Cons

As the organisation continues to grow, priorities can shift at pace, which can sometimes mean teams need to adapt quickly. Some processes are still evolving as the business scales, so there are moments where things take a little longer than ideal, but there is clear progress being made. New systems and ways of working are being introduced, and naturally it takes time for everyone to fully transition and adjust. There could be more opportunities for global and remote colleagues to connect, whether through virtual meet‑ups or shared team moments. Strengthening those touchpoints would help keep the sense of connection as the organisation grows
