There are a lot of talented staff who are committed to high quality work and rigorous science. The CEO and COO and rest of C-suite seem to understand and prioritize the need to innovate and grow into different areas. The company has a great reputation in the market.

There are too many top-level individuals, not enough middle managers, and very few entry level roles, which makes it extremely difficult to progress in your career. The pay is on the lower end of the life sciences consulting industry. And often times it seems senior management is solely focused on finances, which limit investment and risk-taking into areas where competitors may be pivoting to.
