good job for student worker

management is not well organized

I'm still trying to think of one.......ok...maybe the chance to learn new technology.

This a company working within the confines of Rutgers University. This is NOT an academic shared resource. The name of the game here is money, money, money! All coming from Pharma. Everything else is secondary. All academic, government funded research projects are given the lowest priority. There are about 100 employees or so. Average ANNUAL job turnover is at least 20%...and ALL who leave do so voluntarily. There is a reason for this. It's more like a modern day American sweat shop. They bring recent Rutgers grads in, pay them crap, treat them like crap, work them to the bone.....then move onto the next when the employee leaves. No employee is valued or respected. The extremely low rating for this company is well deserved. Money coming in from Pharma is "supposed" to be going to Rutgers to "keep tuition low". Yeah......ok.......And since this company brings in more money (from Pharma) than the Division I football program, upper management has the Rutgers President in their back pocket. This is a highly toxic environment. Please stay away.
