Awful - Senior Consultant Rad Diversified Employee Review

Working at Rad Diversified was an absolute nightmare. The management is a joke—they leave early every day and constantly lie to employees, making fake promises with no intention of following through. The pay is never on time, and despite all the “talk” about opportunity, there’s no chance for success here. The sales floor is filled with people who either have no experience or are just looking for a quick paycheck, like used car salesmen. Anyone with self-respect or a real future has left. The company is a sinking ship—no one on the floor has made a sale in months, and the ratio of salespeople to “fronters” is laughable (2 salespeople to 10 fronters). Investors are furious, calling in every day because their money is frozen, and anyone who’s invested in the company is getting their shares bought out at a fraction of the price they paid. This is not a company that values its employees, investors, or even its own future. Stay far, far away.
