Pros
Radar is a product which makes a real difference to the organisations we work with. I have real confidence in the product and our customers are genuinely incredible to work with. The company itself is well structured and puts the needs of the customer first. The approach to development benefits both new and existing customers, which really supports the aspects of my role. As the company is growing there is a real opportunity to have your voice heard and so far no idea is rejected, and no one has said "we don't do things that way here". Also everyone 'mucks in' and helps out - I've not had a single request for help ignored (even when I called the wrong person in my second week - they just did their best to help me!)
Cons
There could be more employee benefits such as enhanced pension scheme, a health care package and death-in-service insurance cover for next of kin. Such things are good extras and give piece of mind. However, I believe such things are under discussion as we grow.
