Pros

I worked for Radec Group and Joe Walters from 2005 until this spring - and can honestly say I am surprised at the negative reviews on this site. I have been treated more than fairly over the years and have received support well beyond the call of any employer. I have not seen other employee's treated unfairly either. Pros: Working at Radec Group can be as rewarding as you would like it to be. With a positive attitude and hard work ethic there is lots of room to grow and move within this organization, and the industry. Clear feedback on job performance. Good benefit plan. More work / life balance than most construction related companies.

Cons

The hard work ethic comes from the top down at Radec Group. If you are not driven to excel at your position and grow with the company and industry then Radec Group is not for you.

Pros

I've worked at Radec for three years now and I've experienced amazing growth with this company. The company has undergone dramatic growth and change in a very short time, which is not without its growing pains. That being said, I have learned so much and have been exposed to so much more than I would have been at another company. They have been working very hard to build a great team of people, so even if the day is challenging, you can be sure that you have some awesome colleagues to help lighten the load and inject some fun. The compensation is above average and there are many extra perks, including benefits. The environment is inclusive and you can feel free to be yourself. No dress code, free coffee, and choose your own music. If you are willing to put in the hard work, roll with the punches, and keep cracking jokes, this is a great place to grow your skills and experience.

Cons

Can be tricky to find a parking spot. Every day is different and has new challenges - so if you are just looking to be a 9-5 robot, this company isn't for you.
