Great benefits, small company atmosphere

They dont really know how to build products

Great company with great pay and benefits! They don't offer paid holidays but they make up for it with their PTO policy which they give more than double than what other companies do when you start!

I guess the only con is that I don't work directly on one their sites but as a contractor on base so I don't know any other coworker apart from my manager.
