Sometimes a little toxic because the team was too close

Not many pros anymore. It used to be a company with vision. Now its blind

Upper management treats Radio division as a step child. Many upper management just biding their time. Company has no vision for the future. Cutting costs by cutting people to show a quick turn around in debt due to bad investment in Gambling Casino ventures. Benefits packages one of the worst in the business. Poor health insurance, bad 401k, it goes on and on.
