Pros
Flexible work environment, condensed corporate structure allows for maximum visibility, small teams allow for true ownership of work, is a truly global company so daily exposure/collaboration with colleagues around the world is unique/inspiring/rewarding.
Cons
The global corporate structure, five-year plan and CEO/Global Executive leadership is messy, creating an environment of uncertainty, competitiveness between regional offices, and lacks a consistent vision across the business related to KPIs. It is very clear that the bulk of the business is moving to the office in Brussels (A/B), leaving offices in the US and Singapore (Inc.) as either small regional outposts or eventually closing all together. Opportunities for promotion are also extremely limited-to-nonexistent. If a new employee is looking for a certain title this probably isn't the best organization for them, however if a new employee is looking for opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects and take advantage of some truly unique global work experiences than I would say this organization might be a good fit.
