Pros

This place is great, the 5 owners are all very personable and relatively easy to approach. Some cool things about working here is that we are in a great location right on the waterfront in Kirkland. Great view, restaurants and coffee shops around. They have the "innovation lab" where the latest gadgets are kept can be checked out or borrowed. They have quarterly meetings at really fun locations - such as Mariners Game and fun restaurants. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Benefits are good and pay seems to be at market. Also, with the acquisition, seems that the owners are still keeping the culture the same and it doesn't seem like a whole lot is changing. Which is great news for us that love Radius!

Cons

Cant think of anything right now.

Its success was its undoing. Radius got purchased and the company culture changed dramatically.

Pros

* Very friendly senior management, they are extremely understanding and easy to talk to. They genuinely care about their employees' well being. * Very good benefits (401k, medical) * Location is right downtown Kirkland with views of Lake Washington * Interesting projects with big-name companies * Every employee is multi-skilled, very knowledgeable and generally a huge pleasure to work with. Made many friends here. * Regardless of how many years you have been in the industry, Radius provides plenty of opportunities for personal growth. This is not going to be "just a job" of "making some mundane app" that you've done a thousand times. There's a lot going on at this company, so rest assured your skills will only get sharper here. * Company events are always lighthearted and set at nice locations. Open bar is fairly common during the holidays. Senior management is very down to earth and will take everyone out for beers at a local pub just to mingle.

Cons

* Vacation policy. Not really a con, but it's not super great either. Understandable for a smaller growing company. I should point out, though, that you do get more than 2 weeks of paid time off here, so it's definitely better than many other companies out there. But sick time is packaged into your regular time off and is not a separate item.
