Manger training was highly in depth, very hands on support, and was better at onboarding than any other firm I have been with. Took the time to explain the why and what you are doing with each task. Given freedom to complete tasks within defined timelines Good team atmosphere with all department memebers

Upper Management was not available for assistance to operations team. Clearly defined opportunities for advancement were missing.

Raineri has been exceptionally refreshing place to work. My manager truly cares about the success of the team. The team works together to push each other and help you to learn the correct protocols and procedures. Not only does my manager care about our success within the company but truly cares about our personal life outside the company. Strong work life balance is present here.
