Might good for your resume if you are entry level. Its a big company(even though its so unorganized worse than start up) And pretty good discount.
Cons
HR doesnt work. For less than 1year, hr person has changed 3times. From the begging it was a mess. They put my information wrong on the system so i couldnt get paid for month. And no one helped me or maybe because no one knows. Work system was so unorganized. Most of Project manager doesnt know anything(there were few good ones), some people just ignore the hierarchy. My manager sometimes doesnt know whos working on what. (Not his fault though) Anyway i quit After few month. Decided to go back to my previous company. RL supposed to pay my vacation (they told me they will and its on the employee book) They never update my profile on system apparently, i got overpayment and i tried so many times to reach out to them. I called/emailed everyone including payroll and service center. But None of HR response. And it could only stop when HR update my profile. One finally did and we sorted out i thought. Few month after, they sent me letter that i still owe them. I told them we already sorted out but they just dont response to me but sending letter. Apparently they want me to pay them back my vacation time that i deserve. And i explain, still no answer.
