I am fairly new here at Ralph Roberts Realty LLC as a licensed real estate agent. I am also a fairly new real estate agent. I was first impressed with the office and its layout. I love the decor and how spotlessly clean it is. I was then impressed with the operation and the team and the specialized knowledge and systems in place. I had already studied and researched Ralph Roberts life and accomplishments prior to joining his team and said "That is the broker I want as my mentor in this industry". After meeting and getting to know Mr Roberts it confirmed my expectations. I like that he is accessible and answers/returns my calls and texts. He sends out every day a text with a positive message or quote. He always reading books like myself. Leaders are readers. As an agent out in the field you need a solid support system. The team here does just that. They support me without hesitation. It almost feels like I have personal assistants but I don't. I was also impressed with how serious Mr Roberts is about his business. Every client and potential client are discussed in great detail weekly and how we can help them the most. The only challenge for me is trying to absorb everything as fast as possible. The most enjoyable part of the job is the team spirit and Mr Roberts positive attitude and utter unending passion for real estate and sharing his knowledge. I'm really impressed and happy overall especially when I compare it to the two prior real estate companies I have worked with. I found my home.
