      Very stressful due to high turnover. Management has a very "clique"-like vibe. Salaries are SUPER low.

      It was a standard, corporate job

      The parent company absorbed Ram Board and quickly took over all decision-making instead of leaving the decisions to the experts in the field that you pay them for.
