      Business is revolved around a simple but effective product. Somewhat easy-going is you've worked here long enough. Get to management and you're IN Employee Stock Ownership Program

      Cons

      Very stressful due to high turnover. Management has a very "clique"-like vibe. Salaries are SUPER low.
