Pros
Lots of pros actually which was surprising knowing that Randox gets such a bad rep. I worked with lots of lovely people, most people really friendly. Pays quite well given you don't need much experience for some roles. Generally interesting work (unless you work in COVID), given a lot of responsibility, good experience, opportunity for training, etc. Very busy so that makes the day go quickly.
Cons
Communication from managers generally poor. Some managers not really qualified... A bit disorganised and constant shuffling around due to COVID. Managers think they can completely change your working hours with less than a days notice without any consultation. Definitely treated like a number/robot sometimes. Pressure from managers to "work faster" without any sort of consideration of how long the process actually takes. The ridiculous clock in / clock out system, its 2021 - trust your employees. God forbid you forget to clock then you have to waste time on a timesheet - I already don't have enough time in the day. Not a place I could see myself working long term due to lack of sick pay, lack of maternity pay, and the fact that there's no clear progression path and salaries aren't published - how am I supposed to know whether its worth sticking around?
