Pros

Established brand name and clients to work with. Only reason why anybody with experience ends up joining them.

Cons

Too many to list. Crappy leadership, zero structure, horrible territorial mentality leading to internal conflicts. Promises made but never kept. Infrastructure of offices despite how much revenue they make, is deplorable. We had rats and cockroaches in the office. Quality of work life balance, well being etc completely overlooked with archaic facilities where even a projector in the conference room can work only with 'someone' who knows the trick which was basically fiddling with wires till it worked and praying it doesn't shut down before the presentation is over. Archaic management mentality, almost like what you see in old 80s or 90s movies, and a clear glass ceiling. Those are just a few. No regards for candidates or their career aspirations or any type of candidate experience kept in mind. Whole process was about throwing s*** at the wall and hoping something stuck. 0 culture and in these times for them to be stuck in the dark ages, it says a fair bit. Only the old will survive with their American market share dwindling day by day. Fake reqs to work on is by far the worst thing you can ask of a recruiter whose income is based on commissions. I've worked at agencies before this one and this one was just a shock to the system - interview process was great and full of sales pitches and promises based on my level... nothing ever came to fruition despite me hitting everything required and promised during the interview and offer signing. I don't recommend this place for any aspiring or experienced Recruiter or Account Manager. Completely outdated and unorganized. They have survived only due to legacy contracts and European income because I know for a fact they were getting their heads beaten in by the competition. No organized reporting process and not a young team by any means. Every who I know who was good left before I left. Despite these conditions my performance was the best in the team in the NYC office. And I wasn't about to ruin my career there. Good luck to those of you who want to join this place.

Pros

Loved my team. My Manager was incredibly supportive, understand, and always rooting for myself as well as my teammate's success. Remote work was highly flexible and accommodating.

Cons

Pay was a little low and you don't get paid for holidays in your probationary period but there's growth opportunities after 6 months of employment.

Pros

Recruiter was responsive at first, and the team I spoke with at the client company seemed professional and genuinely kind.

Cons

Here’s a more detailed “Cons” you can use and tweak: Cons: I went all the way through onboarding for a contract role, spent a full day last week chasing down and uploading sensitive documents (including my passport), and was told I’d be starting this week. Then, at the last minute, I got a single text saying I “didn’t pass” a third‑party ID check — with no explanation of what supposedly failed and no formal notice or report to review. As an American citizen using a valid passport, it’s really disturbing to have a job pulled over an opaque automated screening and to be told “other factors” were flagged without anyone willing or able to say what they were. Even after repeatedly asking, I was given no more than a generic privacy policy and bounced between contacts, which feels extremely careless with my time, my livelihood, and the very private identity data they collected. Best‑practice guidance for background checks says candidates should get clear written notice and a chance to understand or dispute issues before a job is taken away; that absolutely did not happen here.
