      Good benefits. Unlimited PTO (if you are an engineer).

      Cons

      Unorganized, no process or procedures to be found, no support from leadership. Cliquey and non-communicative employees. Egos abound! No accountability from team members or sophomoric managers. Must play the blame-game to protect yourself. Understaffed projects means constant fire-fighting. Churn and burn.
