People who have never been in the field make decisions for everyone who is. The pay is very low and they make it seem like its a blessing when giving 2% or 3% raises. Your boss will tell you its the owner of the companies decision and why you wont get a bigger raise. The old owner Steve Berman was doing a much better job than Shane and Edison. Those 2 are running the company into the ground and laying off hard working people for their mistakes. Do not work for this company as a long term career. Carlos Castillo who has 0 field experience makes all the rules for the field people and expects us to work like machines for low pay. Right before its time for annual raises they will make everyone feel like they did terrible all year just so they don't have to give raises or bonuses. Everyone gets the same review and score.
