Rategain is a breeding ground for grade A jerks with abrasive personalities and 1st gen working knowledge…I am posting my honest observations that can help future employees from being fooled by recruiters. HR team is a bunch of jokers..they conduct surveys and even declare that all employees are happy just to fool the CEO about the healthy company culture…reality is just opposite…no Friday parties or fancy dress competitions in the name of employee engagement can compensate for the toxicity you guys have spread in the company..some of the HR teammates are so shameless that they plead current employees to post positive reviews on glassdoor…no confidentiality maintained by the HR…all employees close to HR team already know many confidential stuff and they gossip openly about that on the floor to belittle the concerned employee ..NEPOTISM and discrimination rule here..most of these inefficient employees at strategic and leadership position survive on the basis of sycophancy and also have planted their incompetent near and dear ones in the company at senior positions with 0 knowledge… Other reviewers also have pointed this out in their reviews on this website about this company. Great disparity in salaries of well experienced people (without godfathers) and incompetent employees (mostly relatives/acquaintances) of senior people who have been hired with their fudged resumes. Dirty washrooms, no daily refreshment, abusive work environment and office politics are norm. Visionless leadership. You will enter a good person but turn slowly into a bad person just to survive. Request to the HR is that please do not reply with the old reply about sorry you had bad experience with us and all performers are awarded here. This is a big lie !!!! I quit the company on my own so do not call me underperformer iof you plan to in your reply here. Please don’t join this company and if you are here move out as soon as possible.
