Not a place to spend an extended period of time. Toxic environment in which some employees work on conflicting accounts. Certain members of management (not all) have no grasp for the personal, emotional, and professional needs of their employees. Communication can often be brash and disrespectful. Attempts to revamp office culture have brought the firm back in time, not forward, and it has turned very much into a "suck it up" environment. The firm bleeds employees and takes a very long time in replacing them, if they ever do. The rest of firm is expected to pick up the slack, and being a small firm already, this takes a true toll on bandwidth. Employees are not necessarily appreciated for going above and beyond either.
