Pros

The Ray Morgan Corporate office in Chico Ca is where you want to work. Jim Scarf and Greg Martin have figured out the recipe for running a successful large company.

Cons

Nepotism, toxic and hostile work environment created by management. They will smile at you while stabbing you in the back. Management is pretentious and arrogant. One of my Managers keeps a list of lower level employees they want to exterminate. In 3 years this manager has terminated 6 employees. Qualified employees are replaced with close friends and family members that have little to no knowledge of how to run a successful branch. Management will threaten employees if they try to involve the corporate office/HR to resolve internal issues.
