Pros

If you have an existing book of business that you know for sure you can bring with you it's a decent place if you're use to the dealer copier mentality

Cons

Very shortsighted. Company doesn't have much capital so they focus too much on the 30 day sale cycle lacking any long term planning. There are also issues with their willingness to pay commissions earned. I don't think they are unethical but they are definitely cheap so they will do whatever they can to increase margins even if it is at the salesman's expense.

Pros

Not much. The base salaries are a joke.

Cons

Management is big brother and controlling. Try showing your people what you are looking for instead of telling them. Most can't do what they are asking from the sales team, they all think they are better than everyone else, one manager especially. It's copier sales folks. Get real.

We value and consider all feedback as we are constantly evaluating our company looking for ways we can improve. We are disappointed that you had a less than optimal experience working for us as the majority of our employees have found a long-term, rewarding and stable home at the Ray Morgan Company.

Toxic Work Environment (South Region)

Pros

The Ray Morgan Corporate office in Chico Ca is where you want to work. Jim Scarf and Greg Martin have figured out the recipe for running a successful large company.

Cons

Nepotism, toxic and hostile work environment created by management. They will smile at you while stabbing you in the back. Management is pretentious and arrogant. One of my Managers keeps a list of lower level employees they want to exterminate. In 3 years this manager has terminated 6 employees. Qualified employees are replaced with close friends and family members that have little to no knowledge of how to run a successful branch. Management will threaten employees if they try to involve the corporate office/HR to resolve internal issues.
