Small town gig - Process Engineer Rayonier Advanced Materials Employee Review

Remote location, Apartment vacancy, Union shop, Clicky work environment, Not much diversity in town, Business viability, Low pay vs high cost of living. First week there, I noticed multiple KKK signs on the premises. Management was quick to paint them over after I reported it but that set the tone as a visible minority. Later on, there has been multiple examples of comments/actions with racial undertones.
