      Pros

      - Compensation was good, and the people were nice at first. Then after Razor started to have financial problems, people were not as nice

      Cons

      - All good employees are leaving or have already left. - Management doesn’t know what they are doing. They have little experience with Amazon and keep changing priorities. - The brands that were acquired are all failing. - Company has serious financial problems. - Employees are treated unethically and unfairly - At any moment you can get laid off, regardless of performance

      Pros

      It was clear what was expected from you and all the tools were provided to do a great job. Culture and the employees were great.

      Cons

      It was a start up, so many things were changing every few weeks. Comes with the territory though!
