No opportunities to grow. No motivation nor recognition for anything you do. Very unprepared management to lead teams. They are the typical "boss" and they are always bossing around, attending endless meetings with nothing more than a mobile phone to talk about nothing. At the end of the day, they don't work, just boss around.
