Smart and hard-working professionals, especially in the tech team
Cons
Management lives in its own bubble, doesn't create a solid strategy, but instead makes sporadic decisions on a whim without properly communicating and taking responsibility for them. This, combined with a lack of experience and a lack of willingness to build actual teams, is bad to the culture. There are too many senior roles that don't really have any decision-making power and that don't contribute to anything tangible, and too few doers: imbalance, chaos, frustration. Favouritism, nepotism, and backstabbing create a toxic environment.
