Disorganized, NO PTO, or holiday hours. When the students are off you are unpaid. New supervisors did not know what they were doing in regards to handling behaviors or even following the students individualized behavior plans. The supervisors would wing how they handled behaviors every time creating inconsistencies with each RBT. Also very gossipy. No lunch breaks, have to ask to use the bathroom. Dealing with students that have violent behaviors on a daily basis. Never enough staff. High turn over. Not much support. Training was done independently through videos.’
