      Inherited strong channel product fit Hardworking teams like engineering and design Stack of products that support each other financially

      Cons

      One of the most racist companies in Europe. Build and led by Ukrainians and everyone else is disposable. Non-Ukranians don't even get the same salary raise and performance merits. Most of the Ukrainians don't have any KPIs and targets - while the environment for non Ukrainians is brutal and high pressure.

      everyone is practically a contractor in ops, legal, and HR so there's really no sense of urgency on anything
