Pros
I currently work as the Senior Marketing Manager here and 3 years ago I started in an entry level position. The consultancy has provided me with a chance to learn, grow and understand all aspects of expanding a business. They've provided me with an opportunity to move to Singapore and work across all aspects of the business. My concern was always being pigeonholed as that had happened previously in my last 2 companies, but they have always let me try my hat in new things. The work/life balance has been great, we're a very social bunch and often meet in our own time. As with all companies, we sometimes have to pull late nights but most importantly it's not every night. When we are here late the management makes sure we are rewarded. RR has continued to keep me engaged and I look forward to continue working with them.
Cons
The harder areas of the business are the constant changing of tasks , we are busy a lot of the time and sometimes the re-prioritsation of our tasks can be a little frustrating, however this is the norm of a expanding compnay in Asia.
