Pros

Not really much pros. There were a few nice people in team but upper management was terrible which made the whole experience bad.

Cons

Upper management has a habit of covering up all the mistakes and issues. There is so much workload and they cannot seem to handle it. its a constant cycle of people leaving and new people being hired. Due to stress, being over worked and having to do over time without pay there is a high turnover.

We completely acknowledge your comments- we know it’s complex running a contract business to get the right level of resource to manage client needs and whilst growing at such a fast rate. Our retention we are proud to say is very high and we particularly focus on growing our talent for lateral moves and promotions within the business. We regularly hold listening and development discussions, as well as the recent pulse survey for your feedback. If you wish to have a confidential conversation with our MD, then please do so…she would be very keen to hear more. Previous ‘coffee chats’ have resulted in a wide range of interventions from individuals feedback.
