      Flexible schedule, never can be late to work

      Cons

      No effective or efficient management, no room to advance, 'cookie cutter' company, absolutely no room for creativity. 'Nurse Ratchet' mentality.

      Pros

      Great work enviroment, friend staff and management cares. Provides breakfast and lunch in prestocked kitchen. Company events are great.

      Cons

      Not enough individual offices for all that need it.
