They just started matching your 401K and it is fairly easy to get time off if you need it.
Cons
I don't think there are any happy employees there. No one wants to do their job, they just try to pass off the responsibility to someone else or blame someone else rather then take responsibility. They don't pay overtime so you end up working off the clock to make your bonus (which you are expected to make) You work with an insane amount of clients, who are all real estate agents and 99% of them are mean to you for one reason or another. Management loves to waste your time with company meetings that they barely thought through before having. The CEO also cries every single meeting that he attends for one reason or another, which gets uncomfortable after the first time. HIGH turnover, they fire someone at least one a month.
