Pros
The engineers are top notch and enjoyable to work with. I learned a lot in the time I was there and I am now putting it to good use at my new employer!
Cons
The experienced management team left the company over a one year period. I heard that the remaining good manager quit recently as well, so all the experienced managers are now gone. The remaining management team is inept, inexperienced, and useless. The management team provides no direction or feedback to the employees. My manager was clueless on how to actually manage a team of engineers, yet appeared to claim credit when we were successful, but blamed the team when we weren't. It also appears that the CFO is actually driving the company because the CEO is either absent or in the CFO's office getting direction. Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from here.
