Pros
I've been working on and off for this company for over 5 years. Every time I come back to work on projects the benefits are better than when I left. Rare these days. Work is interesting and there is variety in the type of projects. I've worked new aircraft projects as well as older updates. I've worked software development as well as testing. RTC is making changes that seem to be focused on client satisfaction and employee stability. While change is frustrating, they appear to make things better. Talking with management is easy and they are open for feedback and encourage new ideas. The project focus group is one example.
Cons
Different program requirements require different managers. Getting to know different managers takes time.
